We all know how special Valentine’s Day is. Thinking about that special day on the calendar causes us all to ponder a universal desire that is shared by all:
We all want to have love expressed to us and realize that someone cares about us.
I think of how a woman responds to her man’s love expressed toward her…
And this is much like a Believer responds to Christ’s love.
It is HE, the LOVER, that woos us, who make up His Bride-The Church, just as a man on Valentine’s Day and every day shows his woman his love.
She “responds” to His perfect love. And as she realizes how wonderful he really is, and takes note of all the special “kisses of love” and “gestures of affection” throughout the day, this perfect love drives out all fear that may still be within her. Faith is the result of her trusting in Her Beloved. This faith enables her to say “yes” to his proposals, and to go anywhere with him, her lover. For it is HE whom her heart loves. She is FREE in His Love. She responds wholeheartedly!
Of course, I speak to you for spiritual application!
Oh, that we would all know the riches of the love of Christ.

Couples, enjoy every Valentine’s Day, and the precious love that is between you… and let Christ’s love be shared in that celebration. Love always starts with God. The scriptures declare God is Love.

Christian Singles – You are loved, with a perfect love, and Christ is a wonderful “Valentine”! His perfect love can satisfy your need to be loved and to will cast out any fearful lie that may desire to come on you, that you are not loved. YOU ARE LOVED WITH A PERFECT LOVE.
