Lordship

I desire to speak of Lordship. You heard my name, Lord, today in Sunday School. Heard the saying, “If He is not Lord of all, he is not Lord at all.” And Flo spoke that people “hide things away” from my Lordship. While what Flo shared is true, my Lordship remains whether or not someone makes me their Lord.

Let me explain…

Lord means master and owner, and while it sure helps if someone serves me that way, or purposely obeys me as their master and owner, it doesn’t change the fact that I AM their master and owner.

Everyone on the face of the earth is under me. I am Lord of all. I own everyone and everything as far as the right to them.

What happens when others submit to my Lordship is that blessings can be poured out. Blessings are my rewards. Blessings are sovereignly given by me, all men’s master and owner. I can choose to bless whomever I desire…yet my tendency is to honor those who honor me…to bless those who bless me… to give to those who give to me…for I am like any other relationship in this way. I desire love, and desire to pour it out. I desire obedience, and reward those who obey me.

Lord, can you tell me how you look upon me in this regard. I posted something about going from being a Martha to a Mary, or at least my ratio changed from 50/50 to 20/80. Is this how you see me? or is it just how I see myself?

Elizabeth, I see you as 100/100! You are not perfect. None of my children are. But I see perfect love. I see those who overcome. I see those who obey. I see those who struggle to obey, yet do. I see you as faithful and true, just as I am faithful and true. Why? Because I see my son Jesus who is that. I see Him whenever I look upon those who belong to Him. I see wholeness and perfection even as you are being made holy. I see love and faithfulness, even as you struggle to know if it is love you feel or have. For He is who I see. You are “in him” and therefore you are seen “in him”.

This is the good news many have yet to preach, teach, or go forward with. So much condemnation destroys my people because they don’t have this revelation. In Christ you are Righteous. In Christ you are Whole. In Christ you are as He Is. In Christ you are no longer under condemnation. I am Lord of you. Owner and Master.

Believe this?

Let me talk of a few things in this regard, okay?

In Colossians, you are familiar with the scripture, which says, “Christ in You, the Hope of Glory”…as being the mystery hidden in ages past. This is part of what I was saying in the previous paragraph.

Lord, I’m looking up that passage in Colossians 3:26-29, and it says:

“Even the mystery which hath been hidden from ages and from generations, but now is made manifest TO His Saints: To whom God would make known what IS the riches of the GLORY of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the Hope of Glory: whom we preach, warning every man, and teaching every man in all wisdom; that we may Present Every Man Perfect in Christ Jesus: whereunto I labor, striving according to HIS working, which worketh IN ME mightily.”

So much truth just flooded my soul reading this scripture, but yet today you do highlight the words “Present Every Man Perfect in Christ Jesus.” I think I had passed over this many times believing it to mean that Paul was “working on them” to mature them…but now I see it differently in light of what you, Holy Spirit, just spoke prior to referring to this passage. Can you tell of it even more clearly?

Elizabeth, it’s about Christ in you. You are presented to God “perfect” when Christ is in you and you are in Christ. Perfect, being what God sees, for God sees his Son! My children would have great victory if they could receive this truth which I am now revealing to My Church. Then condemnation and accusations and belittlings and slanders and petty differences due to jealousies, envyings, and strivings would indeed cease. For in Christ, I see all my children as I see Him… Perfect.

Yes, Lord… a confirming written scripture was just brought to my recall. It is Hebrews 10:14 NIV and reads like this:

“For by one sacrifice he has made perfect forever those who are being made holy.”

Oh thank you so much! We can know our standing with you is perfect, even as we are “in the process” of being made holy for others to see the changes you bring about within us. This sure ends condemnation and torment in me, I know! I pray it does for everyone! Make us God-conscious and not Sin-conscious, Lord.

My Lordship will give you God-consciousness.

The more my children make the choice to trust and obey me, placing me in the position of Lord, the more conscious you will be of me… and the more sin-consciousness will leave your life.

My righteousness, joy, and peace replaces condemnation and fear! It’s a wonderful thing!

I’m hearing within my own spirit the verse, “Perfect Love casts out all fear.” It is found in 1 John 4:18 and reads like this:

“There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears is not made perfect in love.”

The one who knows you and enjoys true fellowship with you as Lord and Savior both does not need to fear future punishment! It’s so freeing! Christ is us is seen by you! Please God, let anyone reading my book here that has come to this verse, realize you are not mad at them…nor have you given up on them… so if they allow Christ to come back into true Lordship, you will undo all the damage of the enemy in their lives! Get them excited about their future again, Lord.

Every day is a new day in Christ! Hallelujah!
