Yes, Elizabeth, the Fire my kids are salted with is what you have all been going through! It is my will that you do not lose your saltiness, i.e., your effectiveness as my witnesses in this world. It is because many of my children have become lukewarm that fire’s heat has been necessary to salt some of you.
This is my great mercy. Because if you lose your salt altogether, you become worthless.
My words in Matthew 5:13 declare, “You are the salt of the earth: but if the salt has lost his savor, wherewith shall it be salted? it is thenceforth good for nothing, but to be cast out, and to be trodden under foot of men.”
From my perspective, the Fire is my gift of mercy that your salt be not lost.
Lord, I see that “Have Salt in Yourselves” follows the statement “Everyone will be salted with fire.”
Daughter, I will answer that as we write this book…
Let me declare first, that EACH ONE who follows me will be set ablaze and become effective beyond all scope of your imagination, and the salting has been made effective by what you have been through to date, if you are coming toward and relying on me through the Fire.
