It was the early morning of January 24, 2025, when I awoke with these four declarations heard loudly within my spirit, from the Holy Spirit, and I arose to write them down, only to receive a revelation (download)! I wrote down what I was receiving from the Lord, and know I am to get this out immediately to Body of Christ…The Church… due to its reference to this week’s current events…while fresh in people’s minds. This is a Call to Action for His Church!
We’re Going In!
Let’s Liberate the Hostages!
Guilty or not!
Let’s Set Them Free in Jesus’ Name!
I pictured the mature members of the church… as teams…going out…and showing up at people’s homes, to bring back the prodigals. I refer to those believers who have been “as sheep who’ve gone astray”, who haven’t been to church for ages, who struggle with sin, who are held hostage by the enemy thinking they are guilty and have no value to God or His Kingdom. Those who have become lukewarm in their faith.
These elders and mature saints (men and women) would have faith and confidence in their mission: To pray for those sick, those “held hostage” by addictions and mental illness, and those who need the “freedom” Christ Jesus came to give them.
These mature church “teams” would also go into the prisons and share their faith and testimonies to bring liberty to those in jails and prisons as well. After all the Word says, “If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed.” (John 8:36)
Love will dictate where they go and what they do!
The Spirit will be faithful to show them who just needs a drink of living water to be revitalized, a little course correction to find the narrow way, or just a loving embrace to know they are “accepted in the Beloved”.
Ephesians 8:6-14 says this, and is addressing all who once trusted in Christ:
“To the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved. In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace; Wherein he hath abounded toward us in all wisdom and prudence; Having made known unto us the mystery of his will, according to his good pleasure which he hath purposed in himself: That in the dispensation of the fulness of times he might gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven, and which are on earth; even in him: In whom also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestinated according to the purpose of him who worketh all things after the counsel of his own will: That we should be to the praise of his glory, who first trusted in Christ. In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise, which is the earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, unto the praise of his glory.”
Christians, this mandate is all about “the praise of his glory”! Christ will be glorified in the fulfillment of this mission of his Saints to go “set at liberty” all those “who first trusted in Christ”. He desires no one left behind as “a hostage” of the Enemy!
The Lord refers to young and old in his desire to “rescue” those who are “held hostage” by the Enemy:
Let’s look at Isaiah 46:3-4
“Hearken unto me, O house of Jacob, and all the remnant of the house of Israel, which are borne by me from the belly, which are carried from the womb: And even to your old age I am he; and even to hoar hairs will I carry you: I have made, and I will bear; even I will carry, and I will deliver (rescue) you.”
Notice God says “I” Will. This means these teams can go in, in confidence, because they will be going in the name of God and Christ and in the Power of the Holy Spirit, and it is GOD himself who is declaring what HE WILL DO. If there are older members on the team, this includes you! God will be faithful!
I WILL – Carry You.
I WILL – Bear You Up.
I WILL – Carry You and Rescue You!
Think of this promise when you go in to rescue those less mature in their faith. Treat them well. Don’t look down on them. Let them know it is God and Christ who desire them to be set at liberty.
When someone is “carried” they are not expected to be able to walk yet on their own, right? So, if Christ is going to Carry these “hostages” – “bear them up” – and “rescue them” … they don’t have to be perfect when they are returned to Him. They may need to be “carried” by us for a season, until they get strong again in their faith, fully realizing God’s love for them, and walking in victory.
So, from this Call to Action, the Spirit took me immediately to the events of this week that took place in both Israel and the USA… captives were being set free from in Israel, pardons were being granted “to family members” and to “guilty parties” by Biden…and Trump himself DECLARED January 20, 2025 as “Liberation Day”. He also set the Jan 6 “hostages” as His own words called them repeatedly – free – with a full pardon. It mattered not whether they were guilty or not… our leader wanted them free… and had the authority to do so!
The Lord is revealing things “in the natural realm” that coincide with what is happening “in the spiritual realm”.
Does the Lord want people set free?! From Sin and Shame? Whether guilty or not? I say “Yes”!
We see in the natural, people are being set free! And “through Christ” God’s people are to be set free from the bondage of their enemies too! Those “held captive” and “bound” cannot set themselves free! They need someone else to SET THEM FREE! In our mandate, The Church would be doing this!
I’ll repeat the above statement:
The Lord is revealing things “in the natural realm” that coincide with what is happening “in the spiritual realm”.
If we see what is going on, we see suddenly that things have been turned “upside down”.
This week there were unprecedented fires going on in California which would be described as Fiery: Describes a bright, intensely burning fire! These fires took the homes of many wealthy people who had need of nothing, and suddenly they are like refugees…without home and belongings and a place to dwell. Suddenly things were “upside down”.
And, also this week, there was unprecedented snow in the Southern States! Even snow at Galveston on the beach! There were also unprecedented widespread cold temperatures across the nation. We would call it FRIGID!
While the fires we would call FIERY. The cold temps and snow we’d call FRIGID!
We saw EXTREMES.
Right?
What we saw ranged from FIERY TO FRIGID! Now those are EXTREMES!
And only an Almighty God could “make these signs visible” to observers worldwide who are looking.
We even had extremes Politically!
As I will nicely put it… one US President, quiet and docile and definitely not a go-getter, was replaced by an energetic go-getter who has a large mission to perform in a short time! The pendulum has swung wide!
As I typed the words, “has a large mission to perform in a short time”, in the previous paragraph, as related to Trump’s mission to accomplish a lot in his 4-year term, I realize that this is true of the Church as well. We need to get things done in “a short time” before the Lord Jesus’s imminent return. Our time is short and there is much to do!
In the USA, we are also seeing new people in new positions, in Cabinet, House and Senate…and within companies, committees, and organizations. We are seeing us joining with some organizations… and leaving some organizations. This is happening in the natural world, but it reveals to The Church that CHANGE IS UPON US as The Church, as well!
God is revealing that there will be changes in our ranks as well, and this will not be done by the will of man. Part of the reason is, Jesus doesn’t want to lose one person who has called upon His Name for their salvation, but was “captured” by the enemy! They are “behind enemy lines” so we must “Go In!” and “Liberate the Hostages”.
To do this, God’s Church, especially in the USA, needs to allow CHANGE TO COME FORTH! As Lazarus was dead “for a while” and Christ ordered “Lazarus Come Forth”, so too must the church lose its graveclothes and be clothed in righteousness and purpose. For too long, we have allowed Satan to have the victory, but he is no match whatsoever against Jesus! He conquered death…the greatest enemy of us all! Hallelujah!
So, what does this Change look like?
The Faithful will COME FORWARD. Those unfaithful will be “sorted out” of positions of authority. His Saints will be given, by The Spirit of God, new “assignments” and new “responsibilities”. God will be the one to give the gifts to carry out these assignments and responsibilities.
I Corinthians 12:11 says:
“But all of these gifts are wrought by that one and the same Spirit, dividing to every one severally as he will.”
God’s gifts and callings are without repentance, and God desires His Saints to be so mission-focused and Christ-centered that our focus will be off that “other person” – or that “other church” – and away from concern about what anyone else is doing or not doing! We will know it is God who is seeing “us” and that it is He we are “working with” to accomplish His Mission on this earth.
Your heart will bear witness to this word… and you will be ignited by a fire within you, who IS the Holy Spirit, to Be Faithful to so what you will be called to do! No more entertainment! No more que sera sera, “what will be, will be” mentality! Your mission is about to begin!
Begin to ponder and envision those hostages that you yourself have “visible” to you “in your world”, so to speak…
Do not “pretend” that you do not see them… that relative who is struggling with mental illness, that older lady down the street suffering from illness, that young man who needs an older man to come alongside of him to keep his faith strong amidst the peer pressure, that young single mom who is going to men instead of to God or the church to help carry her heavy load, etc.
IF YOU LOOK, YOU WILL SEE CHRISTIANS WHO NEED TO BE SET FREE! OR WHO SIMPLY NEED HELP!
They go to The World instead of The Church for we have been turning a blind eye to them! Our love has grown cold so we aren’t loving them as Jesus does! We aren’t going out to rescue them! They are part of His Flock, and He wants us to work “with him”, The Good Shepherd, to rescue them. He uses us to do this! But if we are unfaithful, He will make a way where there seems to be no way, for HE IS FAITHFUL!
Church, If you will but look, pray, strategize, and get your teams together to “go out” and “set them free”, you will see things turn UPSIDE DOWN. Kindness will win over hate, Helping will win over judging, Warmness will win over coldness, Declarations will win over doing nothing, etc.
Why did we keep hearing the words “Win” or “Winning” on the lips of Trump this week, as from the Top down, in the natural, his declarations were heard? It’s because God was in his speech and he was declaring this over His Church as well! We will WIN! We will be the victorious ones! We will set those captives free! We will set at liberty those who need to be set free!
Luke 4:18 gives Jesus’s own words speaking The Word:
“The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised, to preach the acceptable year of the Lord.”
Church, as representatives and ambassadors for Christ in this world, we carry out this same mission in Jesus’s Name. Learn this verse. Put it into your memory and spirit, so The Holy Spirt can steer your own heart, with this mission written upon it, into His Purpose FOR YOU!
Each person, Each team, Each church will be given their orders directly from the Captain of the Hosts! Christ Jesus is the captain of his own army! He knows who He desires his generals and captains to be!
I know some people didn’t like Trump stressing to all that “Merit” would be how positions in the government and across the land are filled from now on. He is setting a standard in the natural, but God himself has set this standard years ago, and repeats it throughout scripture, to His Church.
Luke 16:10 declares:
“One who is faithful in a very little is also faithful in much, and one who is dishonest in a very little is also dishonest in much.”
Matthew 25:23 says:
“His lord said unto him, Well done, good and faithful servant; thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord.”
DO NOT GIVE an unfaithful man a position of authority in the church! He is to EARN IT by his faithfulness and honesty. Troubles come when the church puts immature saints in positions of authority. They can’t carry it. They will fall if they haven’t received that position by merit, and then the Body of Christ suffers greatly because someone “in authority” has fallen into sin, and thus brought division.
This is not to say that a man who has proven himself faithful in his company’s finances could not, as a new believer, handle the church’s finances. If he walked in integrity at his company, as an accountant or CFO, he would be “more so” able to do so in this operation for the church, for he has proven himself faithful already in that area and like-position. He would not be “leading others spiritually” and could effectively fill the role you place him in.
As a rule, when someone is new with a reputation of being unfaithful, it is good to error on the side of caution, until that person merits the position. And yet, as a rule, it is good when someone comes into your midst with a reputation of being faithful, error on the side of TRUST!
This is what I mean: Look at their past faithfulness. If, for instance, someone has been faithful in a ministry role somewhere else, don’t make them start at your church by scrubbing toilets, to “humble them”! This is not God’s way! They, having BEEN FAITHFUL in much, even if not among you, should be entrusted with “even more” then they had walked in, if they come your way. Consider that God has prepared them to help you! And has moved them around, for His purposes!
This counsel regarding positions takes wisdom on the part of leadership and the Spirit of God will give it. For example, you wouldn’t put into a child care position a known pedophile of abuser of children. You would put in someone who loves children and knows how to nurture and to teach them spiritual concepts for their age group. Much is pure common sense, but believe it or not, many people are in positions within the church that they have no business being in. They are not “a good fit”. Some changes in position and function must be made. Gifts must be recognized and observations made concerning how others respond to them in their positions…in other words, are they “anointed” doing what they are doing. Can others tell they are exactly where they should be?
Communication is key!
Hebrews 13:16 says,
“But to do good and to communicate forget not: for with such sacrifices God is well pleased.”
Why do you think scripture put in the words, TO COMMUNICATE forget not! Because all these things we have been talking about are only going to become possible if we all communicate.
PEOPLE HAVE BEEN AFRAID TO COMMUNICATE HONESTLY FOR YEARS IN THE NATURAL!
And, it has been the same in THE CHURCH!
WHY?
Because Satan has a strategy to keep us all from communicating!! He knows if we begin to communicate, and come together in purpose, we won’t be able to be stopped! He has tried to stop our speech for so long “in the natural”.
But do you see the breakthrough beginning to happen in the natural? Censorship is lifting! People are sharing their thoughts! Christians will be able to communicate without being “jailed” or “censored”. Their messages will be able to come forth!
Change is coming! And I, as a Christian, can hardly wait!
I will share my own story:
I released a set of Christian discipleship books on Amazon that have pictures of Jesus on their front covers with the main title “Receive From Me”, so people would know it was HIS INVITATION to them as they would read the books’ contents. Yet after their release, Amazon would not let me put ads for them on Kindle because of Jesus’s picture being on the cover. This, Christians, is CENSORSHIP! This has kept me limited in advertising and marketing; therefore, the books the public was meant to encourage them in the faith have not been purchased or read! I have kept the books on Amazon, for others to maybe “stumble upon” them; but, when CENSORSHIP is removed, I can then market them properly, and the lessons the Lord gave me for His Church in this hour can actually be received! Praise God! I’m excited that Change is Coming! Let “Liberation” come forth! Yay!!!
The Church must get in the mindset of VICTORY! We must “glory in it”! We ARE winners as Believers, and we ARE on the winning side. God DOES overcome Satan! Good DOES overcome Evil! All through Jesus Christ our Lord!
NOTE: If you have time NOW, to go to the Appendix, this contains verses from the Word about the Victory that is promised us, The Church. If, however, you’re easily “bogged down” when you reading scripture after scripture, I’d advise you just continue reading on, and then return to the Appendix when finished reading.
I don’t want you to get weighted down, but to receive this full message. Amen?! (smile)
Saints of God, i.e., those who are Followers of Christ, hear me, as I give you some counsel:
As you go forward, embracing this Call to Action, understand that the Peace of God will go with you when you are doing things God’s Way. If you “lose your peace” you are more-than-likely not in God’s will. That peace “guards you”. It will keep you “in line”, if you pay attention to the peace in your heart. If your mind and heart are not in agreement, i.e., you are in confusion… thinking one thing, perceiving another… trying to reason it out, yet no peace…then get quieted to hear the Lord and He will bring forth clarity! You may sometimes have to wait on Him. Best to delay any decision, of who to reach out to, if you’re not “in peace” about it.
“And the peace of God, which passes all understanding, shall guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.” (Philippians 4:7)
You will see obstacles removed, and you will remove obstacles in front of others, if righteousness, joy, and peace rule and reign in your decisions, as well. In other words, this verse Romans 14:17 will take place:
“For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost.”
Or it could be said, in short: The Kingdom of God is righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost.
Think of it: If you have these three things ABIDING in you: righteousness, peace, and joy… then you can go forward assured, within your own selves, that God will give you victory, for you are advancing His Kingdom. Righteousness in this instance is knowing that YOU are acceptable to God in Christ so you have really nothing to lose in advancing forward against the Enemy’s schemes all around you.
This verse was also given me, FOR YOU to grab ahold of! Receive it! And Believe it!
It’s full of promise, from God, to you, as you embrace this Call to Action.
Isaiah 41:10
Fear not, for I am with you;
Be not dismayed, for I am your God.
I will strengthen you,
Yes, I will help you,
I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.
May God Almighty raise up His True Church, those who are His IN CHRIST, and bring us to victory so we can then Liberate the Captives who are still held captive outside the camp!
We do this by Faith! Therefore, I recommend another reading of Hebrews 11, even if you’re familiar with it, to really study about Faith, and what it is, and what it can accomplish. Little has been preached or written on these few verses below, found within that chapter… But, I would like to highlight them for you:
Hebrews 11:33-34 reads:
“Who through faith subdued kingdoms, worked righteousness, obtained promises, stopped the mouths of lions, quenched the violence of fire, escaped the edge of the sword, out of weakness were made strong, became valiant in battle, turned to flight the armies of the aliens.”
Let’s RISE UP! Let FAITH rise up within us! And become prepared to take the Gospel of Peace to others. It is part of our armor mentioned in Ephesians 6:15.
“And having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace.”
Are you ready?
Get that armor on!
This verse is a part of “a set of verses” that tell us the armor we are to put on every single day to do this Liberating of the Hostages! To advance forward! To Set Others Free in Jesus’ Name!
TIME TO ARMOR UP!
I know some of you are familiar with this scripture passage, but please read it now, as if you are reading it for the first time, and let the Lord speak to you what He wants:
Ephesians 6: 5-12
10 Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.
11 Put on the whole armor of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
13 Wherefore take unto you the whole armor of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.
14 Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness;
15 And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace;
16 Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.
17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God:
18 Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit,
And watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints.
Many Christians are unfamiliar with the last part of verse 18, above… We are to be watching… with perseverance… and with supplication… for all saints. In other words, we ARE our brothers’ keeper! We are to help those stumbling! We are to reach out! We are to go out to minister to those held captive by the enemy! To those who once before had made a decision for Christ…but departed…i.e. the Prodigals.
Let THE CHURCH RISE UP and LIBERATE ALL SAINTS! LET’S GO AND SET THEM FREE!
I will close by sharing this…Another thing that was spoken recently that applies to The Church:
Interestingly, this very week, Trump was answering an inquiry from the press about getting involved in a foreign war, and I heard him declare “To the victor goes the spoils!” but then he added something to the effect of, “invading an enemy’s lands where there is not reward or spoil is ludicrous. Why would we sacrifice lives and money and time and attention, if there is no advantage whatsoever if we are victorious?”
There must be a reward for our conquest… Amen?!
I share this with you, to lead into another principle that others in the Body of Christ are now speaking of too. I believe we are now in a short season, given to perform our “mission” to bring back the prodigals, into the Faith, and to prepare our own lives to meet Jesus.
The words of Revelation 22:11 are now being spoken within the universal Body of Christ, and are resonating within the mature saints:
“He that is unjust, let him be unjust still: and he which is filthy, let him be filthy still: and he that is righteous, let him be righteous still: and he that is holy, let him be holy still.”
I, myself, interpret this to mean People’s hearts are now set. The Unjust and Filthy will continue to be that way, only even more so; and the Righteous and the Holy will continue to be so, only even more so. This means a sort has already been taking place, and it’s only those now who have the seed of Christ within them, i.e. who’ve come to Christ by choice at one time in their life, that can actually be “rescued” and brought back “from the enemy’s camp” to be part again of the Kingdom of God, made up of the Righteous and Holy. They are the “hostages” that don’t really “belong in the other camp”. They were taken! And can’t get away without our help. This may take some negotiation. This may take fervent prayers. And yes, they might be guilty, but Jesus is offering his pardon, again! This is his heart! That he loses none of them!
Perhaps “their free will” is crying out to BE RESCUED, because they are bound, but they need the Church to help them! Most assuredly, this will take Boldness in Love!
These teams must LOVE not only “their mission” but the people’s souls they are going after to rescue. They will persevere…and Be Faithful…
And, guess what? To the victor goes the spoils! Just as Trump declared!
God and Christ plan to reward those who take on this MISSION IMPOSSIBLE assignment (believing it is possible) and an assignment they can choose TO ACCEPT or not.
But those who embrace this Call to Action…to rescue “the hostages”… WILL BE REWARDED!!!
GOD IS WITH US! AND CHRIST IS COMING SOON!
He will reward his faithful ones!
Jesus declares:
“And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be.” Revelation 22:12

APPENDIX
VERSES OF VICTORY TO CHANGE YOUR MINDSET!
Most of you are familiar with these verses about victory, but let’s take them to heart! The easiest way, to make scripture come alive and to put its truth deep into your own heart is to personalize each verse and declare it for your own self!
Let’s go:
Here is Deuteronomy 20:4 from the Berean Standard Bible:
“For the LORD your God goes with you to fight for you against your enemies, to give you the victory.”
Now personalize it and declare it:
“For the Lord my God goes “with me” to fight “for me” against my own enemies and to give me victory.
Here is Romans 8:37 from the NKJV:
“Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us.”
Now personalize it and declare it:
“Yet in all these things, I ____________ am even more than “A Conqueror”, through Jesus who loves me.
Here is 1 John 5:4 from the Amplified Version:
“For everyone born of God is victorious and overcomes the world; and this is the victory that has conquered and overcome the world—our [continuing, persistent] faith [in Jesus the Son of God].”
Now personalize it and declare it:
“I, _____________, having been born of God, am victorious and overcome the world; and this is the victory that has conquered and overcome the world, my own continuing persistent faith in Jesus the Son of God.”
Here is Philippians 4:11b-13
“I have learned to be content regardless of my circumstances. I know how to live humbly, and I know how to abound. In any and every situation I have learned the secret of being filled and being hungry, of having plenty and having need. I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength.”
This one is already “personalized” isn’t it? (smile) But go back to it and declare it by faith FOR YOURSELF and believe it! This declaration of Paul’s is to be the declaration of all saints! Note how “he learned” “how to” do these things…meaning victory was brought about as the result of “a process”.
Here is I Cor 10:13 from the New Living Translation:
“The temptations in your life are no different from what others experience. And God is faithful. He will not allow the temptation to be more than you can stand. When you are tempted, he will show you a way out so that you can endure.”
Now personalize it and declare it:
“The temptations in my life are no different from what others experience. And God is faithful to me _________. He will not allow the temptation to be more than I can stand. I will be confident that when I am tempted, God will show me a way out. I can be victorious over any temptation to sin or to not get involved. In other words, I won’t do what I know to be wrong and I will do what I know to be right, for the Lord is near to help me!”
Here is Psalm 108:12-13 from the KJV:
“Give us help from trouble: for vain is the help of man. Through God we shall do valiantly: for he it is that shall tread down our enemies.
Now personalize it and declare it:
“Give me ______help from trouble, Lord. For the help of man is really useless to me. Through God, I ______ shall possess courage and determination as I go forward, for it is He, I know, who will be the one to tread down my enemies.”
Here is II Cor 12:9-10 from the KJV:
“And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ’s sake: for when I am weak, then am I strong.”
Wow, this is an incredible scripture to take to heart!
So, personalize it and declare it:
“And He said unto me: My grace is sufficient for you, _______: for my strength is made perfect in your own weakness. In other words, you can still have victory in this, as I bring my own strength into the picture. I can strengthen you myself, bring others to help you, change the circumstance, or whatever needs doing for it doesn’t depend on you being strong yourself. It depends on my strength. So ___________, you can glory even in your infirmities, because the power of Christ will still rest upon you. Therefore, ___________, I tell you, take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, and in any distresses that you are in for Christ’s sake: for when you are weak, I am strong.”
The last verse of victory that I will share is John 16:33
“These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world you will have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.
This verse is already personalized, so take it to heart. Let His peace and the joy come forth within you now. Christ Jesus intends for you to have peace and joy in Him.
